South Australian Government agencies can access usability testing services through the Office for Digital Government, Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC).
This means you can now quickly identify potential problems to end users, make improvements, retest and repeat.

- support to make sure people with disability and assistive technology users are included
- analysing completed tests to identify key findings
Testing is completed via screen-sharing software with your target demographic in their own home or office.
Agencies also receive audio and video recordings of real people speaking their thoughts as they complete tasks you specify.
